100% happy with this place. Room clean, bed clean and comfy, plenty of hot water, breakfast good with eggs sausage waffles bagels muffins, hot coffee. Definitely 5 stars.
The outlet by the bed didn’t work, and Nick came to our room and quickly fixed it behind the bed. Great service and very attentive at comfort inn on 5000 Harrison, Macon, GA
My stay at the hotel was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the swift check-in, everything was perfect. The room was spotless, elegantly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The amenities, including the restaurant, spa, and fitness center, were top-notch. The staff provided outstanding service, making me feel truly valued. Located in a prime area, the hotel offered easy access to major attractions while being a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend Hotel and look forward to my next visit.
This was a great find for us on the way back home from a road trip. The breakfast was very good too. Only very minor complaint was the indoor pool was a little cold when we were there but it could have been because we were in right when it opened for the day to tryo to catch a swim before we left.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is very clean. The staff is very friendly! Val and Nicole are wonderful!! It’s hard to find such great workers. Give them a raise so they keep working there!! Good breakfast too !
The rooms were comfortable, the property was clean, and the staff was nice. The pillows were super soft. Luckily there were several made it easy to double up for extra support.
Everything went well except there was a crack in the shower upon arrival. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. There were kids running around at 3am making noise. Was able to relax and enjoy the jacuzzi, but only 2 jets were working in it and was warm, not hot. Was a pretty decent stay except for those things.
